24/7 Monitoring

Blueline Computer offers advanced 24 X 7 monitoring and proactive maintenance programs for your business critical systems. Our plans give you confidence that your systems are secure, protected, and ready to work. There are no long-term contracts. Plans are on a month-to-month basis that continues as long as you are satisfied, and may be discontinued at the beginning of any month. 

We offer our customers a choice of two maintenance programs:
Blueline Premiere Advantage (BPA)
provides continuous observation and alerting of your vital resources, as well as regular system health checks to provide trend analysis and early warning of potential problem areas. Key items observed include:

  • Service avail­ability
  • Resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk space)
  • System and network monitoring
  • Event log monitoring
  • Back-up log checks and test restore
  • Anti-virus alerts and definition updates
  • Critical applications
  • Server health check and analysis of key trends
  • Patch assessment and management
  • Perimeter security
  • Log maintenance
  • Antivirus definition and prevention
  • Network health and performance

Our engineers use advanced remote monitoring and proactive maintenance tools to verify systems functionality and to resolve issues efficiently. The results are well-tuned, well-maintained systems providing you with confidence and peace of mind that your systems are providing business functions critical to your success.

Blueline Premier Basic (BPB) also provides 24 X 7 monitoring, but does not include regular system health checks. To best ensure availability, performance, recovery from disaster and security, we recommend our Premier Advantage plan.   However, we believe that, at a minimum, a plan that offers this basic service is essential.
